NEW YORK (PIX11) – There are hundreds of affordable housing options with rents all under $1,500, according to the NYC Housing Connect website.
Over 200 units are available across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx for New Yorkers who meet the income requirements of the buildings currently accepting applications.
Many of these buildings feature luxury amenities such as a spa, gym, and pool, with some even offering a rooftop terrace, according to the affordable housing lottery website.

Eligible Income: $38,538 – $227,500
Amenities include: In-unit washers and dryers, high-end kitchen appliances, a rooftop terrace, and a gymnasium.

Eligible Income: $41,589 – $227,500
Amenities include: A spa, a business center, and a pool
