A woman found wandering the streets of Brooklyn can’t identify herself and remains a mystery six weeks after she was taken to a hospital, police said Wednesday.

The NYPD released a photo of the woman in her hospital bed and is asking the public’s help identifying her.

She was picked up by an EMS crew near Atlantic and Albany Aves. in Bedford-Stuyvesant about 11 a.m. Jan. 30 and taken to Interfaith Medical Center.

The woman is estimated to be between 65 and 70 and is 5-foot-3 and 150 pounds. She has not been able to identify herself or provide information about her family.
