The Staten Island wife of an accused child molester allegedly sent sickening images of a 3-year-old girl’s genitals to her perverted husband to prove she was “committed,” according to the feds.

Brittany Consiglio was hit with federal charges last Friday more than a month after her spouse Jon Consiglio was charged with sexually abusing a toddler and filming the stomach-turning conduct, Brooklyn federal prosecutors said this week.

The couple landed on authorities’ radar last November when Jon gave one of his phones to his friend’s girlfriend even though it still had videos of him sexually assaulting the young child, a criminal complaint alleged.

Footage showed the minor and Jon engaged in oral sex at his Staten Island home in 2024, federal prosecutors alleged.

He was taken into custody at the end of January on charges of sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child porn after the images were found on his phone, according to the feds.

Brittany was interviewed at the time of her husband’s arrest before law enforcement discovered her role in the case late last week, prosecutors said in a filing Monday.

He sent a text to her in September instructing her to “take a picture and prove you are committed,” leading Brittany to send over a photo of a child’s vagina, a criminal complaint alleged.

Then she allegedly sent another photo of the victim in a bathtub, which Jon allegedly replied with “holy f–k good job,” the complaint stated.

The couple exchanged more inappropriate messages the following month, the feds claimed in court docs.

While prosecutors initially tried to keep their investigation into Brittany under wraps, a bond hearing Friday forced them to hasten their arrest of her.

US Magistrate Court Judge Clay Kaminsky described Jon’s alleged rape of the child as a “crime of opportunity” that only happened once and “some time ago,” as he ruled to release him on $100,000 bail prior to trial, prosecutors said in Monday’s filing.

But prosecutors rebutted that rationale, arguing that some of his abhorrent behavior happened as recently as September, citing the texts with Brittany without naming her as she sat in court, the filing stated.

Kaminsky allowed the feds to keep the alleged abuser behind bars over the weekend as they appealed his ruling. On Monday, US District Court Judge Diane Gujarti reversed it, ordering that Jon Consiglio stay locked up.

Prosecutors were worried she realized her alleged role was unearthed, and might flee or destroy evidence after the hearing so law enforcement arrested her at her Staten Island home early Saturday.

She allegedly admitted to sending the disturbing image of the victim’s private parts to her husband during an interview with authorities.

Brittany was released from custody on $75,000 bail with her case pending.

She is charged with distributing child pornography.
