THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — The NYPD is investigating the attack of a senior in a Bronx subway station by a woman.
The incident happened on Monday at 6:20 p.m. at the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, police said.

An argument developed inside an elevator between the woman and a 69-year-old male victim. The woman allegedly struck the victim with a closed fist in the face multiple times, according to police.

The woman then fled the scene, police said.
The senior reportedly had minor injuries but refused to receive medical attention.
