Four reputed members of the 007 gang were indicted Wednesday for the murder of 16-year-old Claudia Quatey  nearly three years after she was gunned down at a Queens playground, according to Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.

Zaire Rolley, 21, Nicolson Pierrimas, 20, and Messiah Randall, 19, were arrested Wednesday morning and charged with murder, conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon for the fatal shooting of Claudia on May 10, 2023, Katz said. All three defendants pleaded not guilty and were held without bail later that day at their arraignments in Queens Supreme Criminal Court.

A fourth defendant, 19-year-old Jomar Pointdujour, is currently being held on a separate arrest and is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date, the Queens DA said.

Claudia was sitting in a rear passenger seat of a blue Hyundai Venue in front of the Jackie Robinson School located on Lucas St. near 121st Ave. in St. Albans when Randall and Pierrimas opened fire around 8:30 p.m., Katz said.

Claudia was struck in the head. She was brought to Jamaica Hospital, where she lingered a day before dying.

The victim was in the car with a group of four other teens, including a member of the TopOpp gang — rivals of the defendant’s 007 gang — and had just come from a “planned confrontation” between a friend and another teen at Locust Manor Playground when the violence erupted, according to the DA’s office.

The teen victim wanted to become a nurse, her aunt told the Daily News shortly after her death.

“She wanted to help people, she wanted to heal people. She was a giving soul, she was very matter-of-fact. She was raised well, she comes from a very cultured background,” Bortey said.

“She was just a beautiful person, she was very giving. Smart as a whip.”
