BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A new affordable housing lottery in Marine Park has apartments available for $1,019 per month.
There are eight one-bedroom units available in the lottery at 2892 Nostrand Ave. Apartments for those who have an annual income between $42,343 and $58,320 for a three-person household.
Single applicants can earn a maximum of $45,380.

Six more one-bedroom apartments are up for grabs at $1,601 monthly, with the maximum annual income at $87,480 for a three-person household.
The apartments are designed with “large open layouts, spacious living rooms, and large bedrooms,” according to the listing on NYC Housing Connect.
The building is pet-friendly for cats and dogs weighing in at a maximum of 45 pounds. There is a one-time refundable deposit of $300 for pets.
