IMMIGRANT ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS 2026
The Lower Manhattan Historical Association will host its annual Alexander Hamilton Immigrant Achievement Awards Ceremony on Friday, March 13, 2p, at the Federal Hall National Memorial, 26 Wall. The awards are given to naturalized citizens of the United States who have made outstanding contributions to Lower Manhattan and New York City. This year’s ceremony will be held on the 250th anniversary of Alexander Hamilton’s appointment as the Captain of the 1st Battalion of the 5th Artillery Unit, the oldest battalion still existing in the United States Army and the only one remaining from the Revolution. Honorees are Dervila Bowler and Eddie Travers, co-Owners of Fraunces Tavern; Kai-Uwe Bergmann, a partner at BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group; Raju Mann, CEO of the Battery Park City Authority; Roger Byrom, former chair of Manhattan Community Board 1 Landmarks Committee.
