Actor Erich Bergen, who portrays Anthony Radziwill in the buzzy FX series “Love Story” and previously played Blake Moran on “Madam Secretary,” is preparing to list his Harlem penthouse for $995,000, The Post has learned.

The two-bedroom, two-bath residence sits atop a boutique condominium and spans roughly 1,060 square feet.

McKenzie Ryan and Kate Caffrey of Douglas Elliman represent the listing.

Inside, the east-facing home mixes contemporary finishes with “environmentally conscious design,” according to the listing. The kitchen is fitted with Viking and Liebherr appliances, sleek lacquer cabinetry accented with LED lighting and a Caesarstone breakfast counter. Wide-plank white oak flooring runs throughout the apartment.

The primary bedroom overlooks the building’s landscaped courtyard, offering a quieter retreat from the street below. Bathrooms are designed with spa-inspired touches, including porcelain finishes and a Kohler soaking tub.

In the meantime, Bergen has been renting a new place in the city as he travels for work, sources told The Post.

The actor has built a diverse career across television, film and Broadway. In addition to his television roles, he portrayed Bob Gaudio in “Jersey Boys.”

Bergen, 40, has been drawing attention recently for his role as Anthony Radziwill in “Love Story,” a series that revisits the romance between John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette. But the actor nearly didn’t appear in the show at all.

“They called me at first to audition for JFK Jr.,” Bergen told People in an interview. “Most of the time when Ryan Murphy wants me to audition for something, I’m saying yes no matter what it is. But in this particular case, I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m not your JFK.’”

Bergen said he quickly realized he wasn’t the right fit for the role of the famously athletic Kennedy heir.

“There’s just not enough sit-ups in the world that I can do to get to the body that I need to have for JFK,” he quipped.

A few weeks later, producers invited him to read for Radziwill, Kennedy’s cousin and close confidant. After reviewing the script, Bergen said he was immediately drawn in by the way the story portrayed the famous figures.

He was so determined to land the role that he filmed his audition tape outdoors in Central Park — the setting of the scene — on what he described as a freezing day.

The part also resonated for a deeply personal reason. Radziwill’s storyline includes his cancer diagnosis, something Bergen knows firsthand. He previously battled testicular cancer and said the role offered a chance to continue raising awareness about the disease.

“When I first told my cancer story … my whole point was that I wanted to use the information I had to share it with others so that guys would go to doctors,” Bergen said. “Checking for this stuff early is the way to save your life.”
