According to Gov. Kathy Hochul, the methodology the state currently uses to calculate emissions makes it look like New York is making less progress than other states.Â
It’s one of several environmental issues that state Assemblymember Deborah Glick, chair of the Assembly Committee on Environmental Conservation, disagrees with her on.Â
