MIDTOWN, Manhattan — A suspect is under arrest after a man was found dead on a subway platform at Penn Station.
Police found the 55-year-old victim unconscious in the northbound waiting area for the C and E trains shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday.
On Sunday, police said 21-year-old Nassadir Tate of Hillside, New Jersey, was arrested on a charge of assault.
The victim was transported to Lenox Hill Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
