Heavy rain, powerful wind gusts, flooding — even tornadoes are possible with Monday’s storms set to hit the New York City area.

While most had been dealing with bouts of rain since the overnight hours, the real storms will arrive in the evening. And once they do start hitting, they could have severe impacts.
