UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Twenty-six apartments over $4 million sold this week in Manhattan, and the most expensive one was on the Upper East Side.
It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with six deals closing over the $4 million mark, including two co-ops and four condos, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper East Side this week was a condo on East 79th Street that sold for $18,000,000, the Olshan Report said.
The chart-topping condo is located at 200 East 79th St., between Second and Third avenues.
The penthouse features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one powder room, 11-foot ceilings, a large private terrace, and direct views of Central Park.
