The dining philosophy at Kyma has always been rooted in celebrating the rich traditions of Greek cuisine. Now, the New York-born restaurant group is bringing those traditions south, debuting its first-ever outpost outside of New York in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach.

Kyma’s tender grilled lamb chops deliver a coastal dining experience.

Introducing a coastal glamour, the restaurant—set across 14,000 square feet—is designed around three distinct dining spaces, each rooted in Greek tradition. Kelari, the main dining room, draws inspiration from classic Greek wine cellars. Avli, named for the central courtyard of a Greek home, serves as a social hub where cocktails flow, followed by Terazza, an open-air rooftop overlooking the cityscape surroundings. Complete with a 360-degree view, Kyma stands as the city’s highest rooftop, showcasing the Intracoastal and the Atlantic and delivering a setting that feels equally Aegean with hints of South Florida flair.

True to Kyma’s signature aesthetic, the design leans into its Aegean roots, with whitewashed woods, blue accents and natural textures that add depth and dimension to the refined space. The heart of the restaurant, though, lies in its menu. Bringing its esteemed reputation, the West Palm Beach location exudes the same level of precision as Manhattan’s Flatiron and Hudson Yards locations.
