Zero Bond, the distinguished New York private members club founded by Scott Sartiano and Will Makris, is now officially open at Wynn Las Vegas (as of March 10). This new opening in Las Vegas marks the first major expansion of the membership community outside home base in NYC.

Bringing the spirit and sensibility of its New York roots to a new destination, the new 15,000+ square foot club allows members to gather across a range of experiences. Additionally, signature spaces include the members-only restaurant, The Fairway Grill, The Salon at the heart of the club, private dining rooms, and a special sculpture garden overlooking the Wynn Golf Course. This new opening inspired by Scott Sartiano comes just days after he opened the Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas (open to the public).

Those who want to join this exclusive new Las Vegas club in Wynn Las Vegas can enter with a $1,000 start up fee along with a $2,750 annual fee. A limited number of founding memberships will also be available upon request. Inside the club, guests can explore the Fairway Grill, a contemporary-American, members-only dining room serving lunch and dinner with menus by three-time James Beard Award-winner and Michelin-recognized Chef Alfred Portale. Other key amenities include:
