BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A new affordable housing lottery in New York City is offering one-bedroom apartments for as low as $761.
The affordable housing lottery is for the 1985 Jerome Avenue Apartments, located in the Bronx’s Morris Heights neighborhood.
The building offers five one-bedroom apartments for $761 a month. A single person making between $35,692 and $45,360 would qualify.
There is also a two-bedroom apartment available for $833 a month. Two people making between $42,583 and $51,840 would qualify.
The building features a variety of premium amenities such as an outdoor terrace, backyard, rooftop terrace, bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, virtual doorman, gated access, and an accessible entrance (*additional fees apply).

The property is listed on the NYC Housing Connect website, an online portal where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York City.
Applications for the 1985 Jerome Avenue Apartments will remain open until May 18. The eligible income range is $35,692 to $116,640.
