A new sports bar in Williamsburg is crafting a safe, community-centered space for women’s sports fans to celebrate their favorite athletes.
Blazers Sports Bar opened its doors in December as a space where women’s sports are not an afterthought, but the main event. Now, the bar is preparing for a slate of watch parties for the Women’s NCAA Tournament, which kicks off this week.
Two of the bar’s owners, Debany Dávila and Chandler Robertson, joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to talk about the business and this week’s festivities.
