THE BRONX, New York (WABC) — Two teenagers were stabbed after an argument on a bus in the Bronx on Wednesday night.

The attack happened around 7:50 p.m. on a Bx-12 MTA bus at East Fordham Road and Valentine Avenue.

Police say a 17-year-old boy was slashed on the right side of his neck and his hand, and a 17-year-old girl was slashed on her left hand.

Both victims were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and are expected to survive.

The attacker took off holding an orange box cutter.

Police say they are looking for a male, wearing an all black sweatsuit and black ski mask.

They the victims know each other, but did not know the suspect.

The investigation is ongoing.
