Henrietta, N.Y. — A new restaurant is coming to Jefferson Road.
The Henrietta Town Board voted Wednesday to approve a special use permit for Raising Cane’s to build a restaurant on an empty lot near Hobby Lobby and Shake Shack.
The chain is best known for its chicken fingers and signature sauce.
“We’ve become known as the place to go if you’re going out for dinner and you don’t know what you want,” said Town Supervisor Stephen Schultz. “There’s a lot of choices.”

Developers hope to open in the late summer of fall later this year.
