QUEENS, NY — The NYPD is searching for three suspects who attacked and tried to rob a subway rider in Queens earlier this week.

The incident happened on a northbound F train near the Court Square station on March 17.

Three suspects are accused of attacking an 18-year-old man and punching the victim multiple times in the face.

They tried to take the man’s backpack but were unsuccessful and instead only left with his ID card. The trio fled the scene after the train arrived at the station.

The victim was taken to EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens for treatment.

No arrests have been made yet. An investigation remains ongoing.
