Queen Camilla ushered in the spring season with a vibrant Fiona Clare dress for the official Thursday farewell of Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and First Lady Oluremi Tinubu following their state visit to the U.K.
Joining King Charles III on the steps of Windsor Castle in England, Queen Camilla turned to one of her favorite British designers. The queen consort wore a deep red and fuchsia midi dress courtesy of Fiona Clare Aldridge, a designer Queen Camilla regularly wears along with Anna Valentine.

The long-sleeve dress was ideal for the occasion, as the seasons transition from winter to spring. With a vibrant tone evocative of the springtime season, Queen Camilla’s long-sleeve dress was crafted with a heavy fabric for the brisk final day of winter.
Sharp shoulders and a flowing, pleated skirt gave the dress added classic elements, while the slightly fringed neckline and front placket as well as the cuffs of the dress created textural differentiation for the overall look, a nod to modern design elements.

With a few touches of black fabric round the neckline, Queen Camilla accentuated the subtle tone with sheer black tights and a pair of black heels. As for jewelry, the queen consort sported her usual Van Cleef & Arpels bracelets as well as a multiple-strand pearl necklace with coordinated earrings.
