A 16-year-old fell to his death while attempting to take a photo along the Brooklyn waterfront, according to law enforcement sources.
The teen fell from a small tower near the water in Marsha P. Johnson State Park, in the area of North 10th Street and Kent Avenue in Williamsburg shortly after 1 p.m., police and law enforcement sources said.
He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The small tower the teen was on is a few stories tall, and sources said he fell while trying to take a photo, but further details regarding what happened were not immediately clear. The teen has not yet been identified.
