BINGHAMTON, New York, March 21 — The Christian Brothers Academy [Albany, NY] Brothers held off the Fairport [NY] Red Raiders to win New York’s NYSPHSAA Class AAA state championship.

CBA finished the season undefeated at 25-0 after a holding off a late rally by Fairport. CBA led by as much as 17 points before Fairport managed to get it back down to eight in the final minute.
Fairport, meanwhile, wrapped up its season with a 24-2 record.
