March 27, Black Barbie Screening, 7 pm. This film explores how Black Barbie came to life in 1980 and why that moment mattered for generations of Black girls. It looks at the Mattel women who pushed for representation and examines how dolls shape identity and self‑image. Free with snacks while they last. Attendees are invited to wear pink. Bridging world music and her hometown’s traditions, Góngora’s music journeys to the soul of a region declared a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. $15. March 29, Classical Guitar with Nilko Andreas, 3 pm. Nilko Andreas uses the classical guitar to unite continents, cultures, and centuries. March 29, Fertile Ground: New Works Showcase, 7 pm. Fertile Ground is a non-curated showcase for emerging and established artists. Six choreographers perform, followed by a moderated discussion that integrates the choreographers, dancers, and audience. March 29, Opening Picnic: Twin Urns by Chloe Seibert, 2 pm. Bring a snack and attend the opening of “Twin Urns” on the footpath. On slips of paper made from garden waste, visitors can write down their desires, wishes, fears, secrets, and anything they wish to get off their chest and place them into either the Manifestor or the Incinerator.
