A man was arrested more than eight months after he rammed his 2017 Ford Mustang into six people on a Bronx sidewalk, cops said.

Williejoe Delgado, 23, was apprehended Wednesday by the NYPD warrant squad and charged with attempted murder for the vehicular rampage on July 3, 2025, according to law enforcement officials.

Delgado was cruising behind the wheel of his American-made muscle car on Courtland Ave. near E. 149th St. in Melrose when he mounted the sidewalk and plowed through the crowd of pedestrians shortly before 11 a.m., cops said.

Three men aged 30, 43 and 69, along with three women aged 30, 49 and 79 suffered minor injuries in the rampage, police said.

All six victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.

The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspect shortly after last year’s ramming and asked for the public’s help in tracking him down.

This is Delgado’s first arrest, cops said. His arraignment in Bronx Criminal Court was pending Wednesday night.
