BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A new affordable housing lottery in New York City is offering one-bedroom apartments for as low as $761.
The affordable housing lottery is for the 2700 Atlantic Avenue Apartments located near Brooklyn’s Broadway Junction transit hub.
The building offers seven one-bedroom apartments for $761 a month. A single person making between $35,692 and $45,360 would qualify.
There is also a two-bedroom apartment available for $833 a month. Two people making between $43,475 and $51,840 would qualify.
The building features a variety of premium amenities, including a patio or balcony, bike storage locker, virtual doorman, and gated access.
The property is listed on the NYC Housing Connect website, an online portal where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York City.

Applications for the 2700 Atlantic Avenue Apartments will remain open until May 26. The eligible income range is $35,692 to $175,000.
