On March 28, more than 3,000 “No Kings” protests broke out across the United States. In Manhattan, New York, tens of thousands of people took to the streets to protest against the Trump administration’s policies, voicing strong opposition to the US military campaign against Iran and the administration’s tough immigration enforcement measures.

Organizers said that the number of people signing up for this anti-Trump event has surged, with at least 8 million participants—much more than the two previous rounds of protests held in June and October last year.
Dotdotnews’ reporter in New York saw demonstrators holding signs reading “No King,” “Stop the US/Israeli War on Iran,” “Free Maduro,” and waving banners calling for the abolition of ICE.

US media reports noted that the protests against US President Trump and his administration could become one of the largest demonstrations in American history.
