A 40-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot twice in East New York.
Police responded to a call of a person shot at Wortman Avenue and Ashford Street just after 9 a.m. on Monday.
When police arrived, they found the 40-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his torso and groin.
He was transported to Brookdale Hospital in critical condition.
There are no arrests at this time.
