MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A Manhattan man was arrested Friday, March 27, in connection with battery on a law enforcement officer.
The Riley County Police Department says officers filed the report of the incident around 4:37 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road.
A 20-year-old woman was listed as the victim, and a 27-year-old man was listed as the suspect.
RCPD says Ronnie Summerset Jr., 27, of Manhattan, was arrested around 6:03 p.m. in connection with battery on a law enforcement officer.
Summerset Jr. was issued a total bond of $8,000 and was booked into the Riley County Jail.
