Dressed in a striking leather set by Marine Serre, featuring a structured jacket layered over a sculpted bustier mini dress, both pieces were adorned with the label’s signature crescent Moon motif, reimagined here alongside flame-like curves and floral accents in a palette of black, cream, and vivid red. The graphic finish gives the look a sharp, rebellious tone.
Known for favouring sleek silhouettes, elegant gowns, and understated sensuality, Ashley leans into a tougher direction here, with the leather-on-leather pairing doing most of the heavy lifting. The addition of knee-high boots and minimal accessories reinforces that edge.
Personally, I would have preferred this without the knee-high boots. I think a pair of ankle boots would have still given the look the tougher edge she was going for. As it stands, the boots feel too heavy. For me, it was either the jacket or the boots.
With a highly anticipated press tour on the horizon, this could signal a new fashion era for Ashley, one where she experiments more with direction and silhouette. We will have to wait and see.
