PORTLAND, Maine (WABI) – Officials with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency said they seized more than a pound of illegal drugs at a house in Portland.
Officials said they were investigating the interstate trafficking of cocaine.
Raymond Teran, 51, of New York, was seen coming and going from an Airbnb on Emery Street, authorities said.
After getting a warrant to search the residence, authorities say they found more than a pound of cocaine, crack, and $38,000 in suspected drug money.
Tehran was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County Jail where he is being held on $50,000 bail, authorities said.
He is being charged with drug trafficking, illegal possession of drugs, and falsifying physical evidence.
