BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A new affordable housing lottery in New York City is offering one-bedroom apartments for as low as $910.

The affordable housing lottery is for the 409 and 450 East 158th Street.

The building offers fifteen studio apartments for $910 a month. A single person making between $32,983 and $64,800 would qualify. Two of the units are mobility-adapted.

There are also 10 one-bedroom apartments available for $1,147 a month. Two people making between $49,479 and $87,480 would qualify.

The building features a variety of premium amenities, including 24-hour security, high-speed internet, and on-site laundry.

The property is listed on the NY Housing Search website, where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York.

Applications for the 409 and 450 East 158th Street Apartments are due on May 27. The lottery will be held on June 10.
