Cops are looking for this suspect who allegedly approached an elderly woman on Archer Avenue in Jamaica last month, started an argument with her, and then assaulted her.

Police from the 103rd Precinct in Jamaica are looking for a woman who allegedly assaulted an elderly female on Archer Avenue in early March.
The 65-year-old victim was in front of the Crossing at Jamaica Station residential complex at 147-40 Archer Ave. just after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, when a stranger approached her and started to argue with the older woman. An altercation ensued and the suspect slapped the senior in her face before running off northbound on Sutphin Boulevard toward Jamaica Avenue.
The victim sustained minor facial injuries but did not require hospitalization and was treated at the scene, police said.
The NYPD released a surveillance image of the suspect and described her as having a dark complexion with black shoulder-length hair and a medium build. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white designs.
A reward of up to $3,500 is being offered for information that leads to her arrest and indictment.

Through March 29, the 103rd Precinct has reported 164 felony assaults so far in 2026, one fewer than the 165 reported at the same point last year, a decline of 0.6%, according to the most recent CompStat report.
