Zendaya may be wed already, but it’s never to late for her something blue.
The actress, 29, stepped out for the New York premiere of her latest marriage-themed film, “The Drama,” Thursday night, wearing a dramatic, peacock blue gown. The Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown, doused in feathers, paired a mermaid silhouette with a bell-shaped skirt, dipped in blue at the bottom for flair. Her closely shorn pixie cut was slicked back into a “just out of the shower” look, and her eye makeup was blended out into a smoky, blue shadow.
For jewels, she opted for galaxy-themed blue statement earrings from Tiffany & Co, and the look on April 2 was completed with a pair of bird-inspired pumps.

Zendaya explains why she isn’t confirming Tom Holland marriage rumors
While Zendaya’s outfit choice may be inspired by the wedding at the heart of “The Drama,” it also could be a subtle nod to her own nuptials.
Speculation about the actress’s relationship status has swirled in recent weeks after her longtime stylist, Law Roach, told Access Hollywood on the red carpet of the Actor Awards that her wedding to fellow actor Tom Holland “already happened.”
“You missed it,” Roach claimed, adding that this is “very true.”

In “The Drama,” she plays an engaged woman who makes a shocking revelation to her partner that causes tension during their wedding week. Her looks throughout the film’s promotion cycle have leaned into bridal-chic, often blending cream and white colors with classic silhouettes and pearls.
Zendaya and Holland, 29, got engaged after the 2025 Golden Globes, USA TODAY previously reported. The two confirmed their relationship in the fall of 2021 after paparazzi photos leaked of the pair kissing inside a car. They met acting alongside one another in the “Spiderman” franchise.

The feathered Schiaparelli wasn’t Zendaya’s only “something blue” of the night. The actress also donned a navy Di Petsa gown for the afterparty. With a sheer bodice and swooping fabric coils across the chest, the look brought a fun, flirty vibe for the second dress of the evening.
The actress’ “something borrowed,” another component of the old wedding rhyme, was a black Armani Privé gown courtesy of fellow actress Cate Blanchett.

Zendaya said during an appearance on “The Tonight Show” that both she and Roach were obsessed with the dress, which Blanchett herself has reworn, when the actress first wore it.
Her “something old” was a white Vivienne Westwood gown, which she wore originally to the Academy Awards in 2015. She donned the dress again for the Los Angeles premiere of “The Drama,” opting for new hair and jewelry to give the once-worn piece a new sheen.

Finally, her “something new” was a long-sleeved white gown with an open back and a dramatic black train from Nicolas Ghesquière and Louis Vuitton. The classic look, complete with structured shoulders and a high neck, was paired with old Hollywood hair and jewels, and brought her one-of-one class to the Paris premiere of the film.
