MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was being held on a $1 million bond in the Riley County Jail following his Thursday arrest in connection with internet trading in child pornography and other offenses in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Phillip Andrew Dews, 32, of Manhattan.

According to Riley County Police records, Dews was booked into jail in connection with aggravated Internet trading in chilkd pornography; sexuaul exploitation of a child — possession of media of a child younger than 18 years of age; aggravated violation of the offender registration act; and perjury.
Dews was arrested in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road and remained in the Riley County Jail on Friday morning.
