UTICA, N.Y. — Flooding affected Harbor Point in Utica as water from the Mohawk River rose close to the parking lot.
The City of Utica is monitoring water levels in the inner harbor and is working with the State Canal Corporation to reduce the flooding.
When NEWSChannel 2 crews were at the scene, the water appeared to be receding.
Flooding at Harbor Point has slowly started to go down.
