One of the city’s most iconic restaurants is bringing its signature dishes from Central Park to home cooks this spring.
Tavern on the Green is releasing its first-ever cookbook offering seasonal classics, refined techniques and a behind-the-scenes look at the historic restaurant.
The book was curated by executive chef Bill Peet, who joined “The Rush Hour” on Friday alongside Tavern on the Green co-owner Jim Caiola.
The book comes out on Tuesday, April 7.
