Police said 21-year-old Amuri Greene, the suspected gunman, was arrested Thursday and charged with murder.
The second suspect, 18-year-old Matthew Rodriguez, was arrested in Pennsylvania on Friday, according to authorities. Police believe he is the man seen in surveillance video driving a moped involved in the shooting.
It’s unclear when Rodriguez will be extradited to New York. Charges against him are pending, according to authorities.
Police believe the shooting is gang-related and that Patterson-Moore wasn’t the intended target.
A second vigil will be around 2 p.m., with Public Advocate Jumaane Williams expected to attend.
