Kids hunt for Easter eggs at New York governor’s mansion

ALBANY — Gov. Kathy Hochul and First Gentleman Bill Hochul hosted the annual Easter celebration at the governor’s mansion Saturday.

Albany Bishop Mark O’Connell, a pair of Easter bunnies and a crowd of families attended the event on Eagle Street, which featured an egg hunt and an egg roll.

Hochul opened the mansion grounds back up for Easter in 2023 for the first time since before the coronavirus pandemic and has hosted the event each year since.
