NEW ROCHELLE – A 46-year-old Briarcliff Manor man has been charged with making threats against the New Rochelle schools superintendent.
Samuel McVey was charged with a misdemeanor of aggravated harassment following his arrest at his home.
A temporary order of protection was issued preventing him from going near the superintendent and any board of education building including all New Rochelle schools.
Police did not disclose the nature of the threats allegedly made by McVey.
