A 5-year-old Bronx boy survived a fall from his family’s third-floor apartment window Monday, landing on concrete outside, police said.

The boy was conscious and alert as medics rushed him to Harlem Hospital, but his condition was not immediately clear.

He plunged from the window of his family’s home on E. 167th St. near Washington Ave. in Morrisania about 10:50 a.m., cops said.

The boy’s mother was home at the time, police sources said.

She is not expected to be charged, as it appears the boy climbed out the window, which does not have window guards, and fell, the sources said.
