MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A woman has been arrested in connection with deprivation of property and other crimes in Manhattan, authorities said.
The incident was reported around 2:52 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Moro in Manhattan.
A 21-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported that a known woman suspect took his car and cell phone.

Authorities said Isabella Paige Maska Kelle Counts, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested around 9:56 a.m. on Monday in connection with criminal damage to property; criminal deprivation of proiperty — motor vehiclke; unlawful computer acts; and criminal deprivation of property — all other larcency.
Counts was released from the Riley County Jail after posting a total bond of $6,000.
