Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz have quietly sold their Cobble Hill townhouse. As the Real Deal reports, the couple’s home for the last decade, 22 Strong Place, went into contract late last year and, per documents posted in April, officially sold for $11.8 million. They also sold their neighboring property at 20 Strong Place back in February 2025 for $4.05 million without attracting much attention. Sneaky.
Craig and Weisz have lived in the six-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhouse since 2017 after buying it for $6.75 million from writers Martin Amis and Isabel Fonseca. The landmarked 6,600-square-foot house had just been damaged in a chimney fire the previous New Years Eve. (The issues were “contained to the top floor,” according to the listing.) Amis and Fonseca had apparently put in a new roof and conducted “extensive” repairs, also per the old listing.
Are they out of Brooklyn? They’ve been local fixtures for the past decade, spotted walking in the bike lane and going for leisurely strolls while not in the bike lane. Wherever they end up next, they are apparently very nice neighbors.
