NEW YORK (PIX11) — One lucky New Yorker struck gold in the Powerball drawing on Monday night.

A newsstand location on East 68th Street in Manhattan sold a prize-winning ticket worth $100,000.

Winning numbers for the Powerball are drawn from a field of 1 to 69. The Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of 1 to 26. Non-jackpot prizes can be multiplied up to 10 times if the player opts to use the Power Play.

Similarly, a $31,000 Take 5 ticket for the Monday night drawing was sold on St. Nicholas Avenue. Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of 1 to 39.

The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. The Take 5drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
