NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 7, 2026) — Detectives from the New Rochelle Police Department arrested a third suspect Monday in connection with the multiple-shooter gunfire exchange on April 4 in the 50 block of Colonel Lee Archer Boulevard and at the intersection of Jacquetta Cole Street and Colonel Lee Archer Boulevard.

Charles Larrier, 33, of New Rochelle, was arraigned Tuesday in New Rochelle City Court on charges of attempted murder in the second degree, a B felony; criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, a B felony; and reckless endangerment in the first degree, a D felony. Bail was set at $75,000 cash, $150,000 insured bond or $250,000 partially secured surety bond.

The arrest brings the total number of individuals arrested in the ongoing investigation to three. The two previously charged suspects are Jeremy Maybury, 35, of New Rochelle, and Anthony Parris, 35, of New Rochelle.

The New Rochelle Police Department continues to actively investigate the incident and urges anyone with additional information to contact detectives.

Larrier was reportedly employed by the City of New Rochelle Department of Sanitation and was terminated Tuesday, according to two independent sources familiar with the matter. The city has not publicly confirmed his employment status.
