In just over one week, Chicago will welcome the first location of a viral NYC-based bagel brand to the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Known on social media for its “grip, rip, and dip” method, PopUp Bagels is opening at 2321 N. Lincoln Ave. on April 17.
The company is offering “hot bagels and special surprises” from Portillo’s, Garret Popcorn and Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. on opening day, it said in a post on social media.
“WINDY CITY ARE YOU READY?!” the company said in the social media post.
