A 29-year-old motorcyclist was clinging to life after he collided with a turning minivan driver who fled the scene before police arrived, officials said Friday.
The victim was zipping along Boston Road near E. 211th St. in Williamsbridge on his 2020 Kawasaki motorcycle at about 9:15 p.m. on Thursday when he collided with a Toyota Sienna.
The Sienna was turning onto E. 211th St. when the 29-year-old motorcyclist struck its passenger side and was thrown from his ride.
EMS rushed him to Jacobi Medical Center, where he remained in critical condition on Friday.
The driver of the Sienna did not remain at the scene and was last seen heading west along E. 211th St. toward Laconia Ave., cops said.
No arrests have been made.
Cops were looking for surveillance footage that could help them track the Sienna down and identify the driver.
