MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – The Manhattan High School girls track team took home 1st place in the inaugural K-State relays, netting the highest team point total of all 10 of the girls teams who competed in the event.
Relay teams from Manhattan High School placed in the girls 4×800 race (1st), girls 4×100 (2nd), boys 4×100 (3rd), boys sprint medley (1st), and girls sprint medley (3rd).
A relay team from Wamego High School finished in second place in the boys 4×800 race.
Manhattan High School’s boys track and field team finished tied for 3rd place about boys team scores.
