Chesney Erkel finished eighth to lead Emporia High golf at Manhattan Country Club on Monday.
Erkel shot an 81. Marley Harter wasn’t far behind with an 84. Maddex Gurley was third in the team with a 91. The Spartans as a team shot 354.
