THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A teen is accused of slashing a 15-year-old student in the forehead with a scalpel in a Bronx high school on Monday, police and sources said.
The boy was attacked at William H. Taft High School on East 172nd Street at around 12:50 p.m., according to the NYPD.
The suspect, also 15, allegedly cut the victim on the forehead with a scalpel, sources said. It was unclear what prompted the incident.
The suspect was arrested and charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and harassment, police said.
