McDonald’s is launching several new menu items and bringing back a seasonal favorite in the coming weeks.
Starting Nov. 3, customers nationwide—including those at Staten Island’s 10 McDonald’s locations—can try the fast-food chain’s new Buffalo Ranch Sauce, which blends tangy buffalo with creamy ranch. The sauce features flavor notes of buttermilk, garlic, and onion, with a gentle heat that builds to a savory, spicy finish.
Why the novelty? McDonald’s Snack Wraps debuted in 2006 as a convenient chicken wrap with lettuce, cheese, and sauce. While they were very profitable they were phased out in 2016, as simply a franchise option. The menu was simplified in 2020 and the item disappeared. Now, they’re back in Buffalo flavor. The new sauce will be available with several limited-time chicken offerings including the Buffalo Ranch Snack Wrap for $2.99, featuring a McCrispy Strip with shredded cheese, lettuce and the new sauce wrapped in a tortilla.
Other menu items featuring the sauce include the Bacon Buffalo Ranch McCrispy, the Bacon Buffalo Ranch Deluxe McCrispy which adds lettuce and tomatoes, and McCrispy Strips with Buffalo Ranch Dip Cup. Customers can also request the sauce separately to add to any menu item.
Also arriving on Nov. 3 is the CHIPS AHOY! Frappé, made with the chain’s Mocha Frappé base and chocolate chip cookie-flavored syrup, topped with whipped cream and CHIPS AHOY! cookie pieces.

For Halloween enthusiasts, McDonald’s iconic Happy Meal Boo Buckets returned on Oct. 21. This year’s collection features the familiar Ghost, Pumpkin and Goblin designs, plus two new additions: Cat and Zombie. Each bucket has unique expressions, and customers can personalize them with Halloween-themed stickers.
All new items will be available at participating restaurants for a limited time.
